I’ve been working out consistently for the past 3 days which is something I have never done, so I’m proud of that.
However I didn’t do so good diet wise, yesterday I had 2 pb&j and for dinner I had a bowl of tortellini with chicken and vodka sauce, not to mention that I went out drinking last night, and probably drank my weight in beer and Jameson. I guess I’ll just have to work out double time today :)
I’m also planning to start running the stairs at the local university tomorrow.

I started my day off by doing
40 jumping jacks
20 crunches
20 squats
Attempted to do 10 pushups but actually only managed to do 1 😝
Plan on doing the same thing before I go to bed tonight, and everyday raising the bar a little bit 😃

As of today, July 6th, I am starting my journey to better myself. I plan to try and lose 100lbs. I understand that I will probably screw up here or there, but I am going to try my best to eat healthier and exercise more. I’m going to post some photos of me now, and then every week post a new photo so I can try and track my progress.
